Finally, personal data may be disclosed to public authorities if we are obliged to do so under applicable law.

Is my data subject to automated processing?

We do not use your personal data for processing involving automated decision-making.

We store your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

For example, we store your email address for the purpose of sending newsletters only for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter.

Where are my personal data processed?

Your personal data are primarily processed in the Republic of Croatia and in other Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA).

Only in exceptional cases do we transfer your data to so-called third countries. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data, such as the use of Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission or transfers to countries that have been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.

  • Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR),
